The Blue Ridge Art Clan: A Group Exhibition

November 20, 2005 – November 20, 2005(This exhibition has passed.)

The Blue Ridge Art Clan began in the early 1970’s when Ashe County artist Florence Thomas and her students met with professional artist, John Brady, for art lessons. A group was formed around John’s visits.

The Art Clan flourishes today with over forty members from Ashe and surrounding counties. It represents and supports excellence in the Fine Arts. The Art Clan sponsors opportunities for beginning to experienced artists to participate in educational activities, the creative process and the appreciation of the Fine Arts.
