Dr. Artine and Teddy Artinian always had a fondness for Appalachian State University and its art programs. This exhibition represents a small sample of the collection they donated of more than 250 drawn and painted works on paper gifted to the university in 1999. All of the works in this exhibition celebrate the theme of music in art, a reflection of the Artinian’s interest in thematic in-depth collecting.
