Young artists (ages 7-12 or 2nd-6th grade) will find inspiration in the exhibitions within the Turchin Center galleries to create artwork in a variety of mediums including, but not limited to: collage, painting, drawing, sculpture, photography and fiber arts. Participants will explore ideas through art-making and find their artistic voice in a relaxed, inviting, in person setting. These workshops are thoughtfully planned and facilitated by Appalachian State art education students.
Class Dates: September 11, 18 & 25, October 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30, November 6
Cost for the semester is $40; all materials are included. Registration is required.
