Let your creativity flow during Downtown Boone Art Crawls!

In addition to Fridays and Saturdays throughout the semester, the Turchin Center offers additional hours during Art Crawl evenings in Spring 2026.

Drop-in Artmaking offers a relaxed, welcoming space to experiment with art materials and explore your creativity. Sessions take place in the Moskowitz Gallery and everyone is invited—no matter your experience level. Workshops are led by Appalachian State University student instructor Zoe Efthymiou.

All workshops are FREE and open to Appalachian State University students, staff and faculty members and community members.

Educational programming is brought to you in part by the generous support of the Tina Silverstein Opportunity Fund.
