Join us each Saturday from 11-12:30pm for a guided tour of sculpture and public art on campus led by TCVA Student Intern, Mandy Bass. Please note that many sculptures are in direct sunlight, so be sure to bring your sunscreen, water, and appropriate attire.Â
About Mandy Bass
Mandy Bass is a senior at Appalachian State University, double majoring in Studio Art with a concentration in Sculpture and Art and Visual Culture with a concentration in Art Management, and minoring in Nonprofit Organizations. Her work focuses on creating non-objective and representational sculptural objects that explore interactions and relationships among objects, humans (including ourselves), and the fragile natural world. Mandy is also the current Art Collections and Looking Glass Gallery Manager for the Plemmons Student Union at Appalachian State University.
