About the Instructors

Perlizbeth De Leon recently graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Art Education (K-12). She has been working with Blazing Easels since 2014 and also teaches dance in the Boone community. Beth has a passion for educating all ages and groups in the arts from toddlers to seniors. Her work in dance strongly influences her art and her teaching practices.

Mellanee Goodman is an art management senior at Appalachian State University. She enjoys working with watercolor and acrylic paints and her favorite style of exhibitions is contemporary surrealism.
