Men Working: The Contemporary Collection of Allen Thomas, Jr.

In Memory of Robert S. Grady

Allen Thomas, Jr. is a collector who is passionate about contemporary art and about access to great art. While his collection features artists working in a variety of two- and three-dimensional media, he has established a stellar collection of photography by artist around the globe. Mr. Thomas regularly loans works for major exhibitions and the Turchin Center is pleased to work with him on the exhibition Men Working: Contemporary Art from the Collection of Allen Thomas, Jr. The exhibition features male artists working in a variety of media and approaches.

The artists featured in this exhibition include: Jeff Bark, Jesse Burke, Tseng Kwong Chi (1950-1990), Matt Eskuche, Justin Francavilla, Andreas Gefeller, Anthony Goicolea, Bill Henson, Bill Jacobson, Chris Jordan, Sze Tsung Leong, Zachari Logan, Alistair McClymont, Peter Oakley, Kerry Skarbakka, Mike and Doug Starn, Tim Tate, Shen Wei, and Jeff Whetstone.
